John is a Registered Social Worker in the province of Ontario with a BA from the University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Waterloo, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Before becoming a therapist, John spent many years in corporate and executive roles, helping people achieve goals and set targets for success. Now, he combines his professional expertise with his personal experiences to support men navigating a variety of life challenges.

As a father, John cherishes time spent at the hockey rink cheering on his son and creating meaningful moments with his daughter. He also gives back to his community as a board member for local organizations, demonstrating his commitment to fostering growth and connection beyond the therapy room.

John’s own journey has been marked by transitions, challenges, and growth, which allow him to truly understand the struggles men face. He uses these insights to help men discover purpose, passion, and meaningful connections, offering a relatable and compassionate perspective.

By providing a safe and supportive space, John empowers men to explore their values, redefine success, and find more effective ways to show up for themselves and those they care about. Whether it's overcoming feelings of being stuck, finding clarity, or building stronger relationships, John works with men to create meaningful change in their lives.
